3. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this report shall fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of the courts of Karnataka.
4. Clients are advised to verify the weight, size, original hologram, and seal of PGTL both before and after any transaction of the gemstone.
5. PGTL shall not be held responsible for any potential variations, dissimilarities, or differences that may occur.
6. The analysis and findings stated in this Test Certificate are based on examinations carried out in our laboratory, to the best of our knowledge and expertise.
